Mene ne manufar Annabi (s.a.w) da ya ce: “Bai kamata a yi jayayya a gabana ba” abin da ya fada bayan yin jayayya a tsakanin sahabbai dom me ya nemi takarda? .

An riga an san cewa fiyayyen annabi (s.a.w) a rashin lafiyarsa ta karshe ya nemi a bashi tawada da alkalami da takarda domin ya rubuta musu wasiyarsa. saidai abin bakin cikin shi ne, yadda sahabbai suka rarraba, wasu na cewa amika masa, wasu na hanawa. da annabi ya yi fushi sai ya ce: “Ku tashi ku bani guri, bai kamata ayi jayayya a gabana ba” me ake nufi da wannan zancen?

Wannan zancen yanki ne daga cikin hadisin kawo tawada da alkami ko takarda, wadda sassa biyu suka ruwaito (Shi’a da Sunna) a ruwayoyi daba-daban masu yawa; A wannan ruwayar akwai nuni ga abinda wasu sahabbai suka yi na nunu zaurin ido ga Fiyayyan Manzo (s.a.w) wanda Allah Ya suffan tashi da cewa “Baya furuci na son rai” Amma abin bakin cikin lokacin da ya yi umur da neman a binda zai yi wasiya da shi, sai wasu suka tuhumceshi da cewa sambatu ya ke yi. Annabi bai jure wannan cimmutuncin da zageranci da suka nuna ba. Don haka sai ya ce musu su fice daga gurinsa. “Ku tashi ku bani guri bai kamata a yi jayayya a gabana”.

Wannan zancen yanki ne daga cikin hadisin (mai taken) kawo tawada da alkami ko takarda, wadda bangare biyu suka ruwaito (Shi’a da Sunna) a ruwayoyi daban-daban masu yawa. Buhari ya ruwaito labarin a wurare shida, Muslim ya kawo a wurare uku. Zamu kawo hadisin a ruwayar Buhari ta han’yo’yi daban-daban:
  1. Kabisata ya ba mu labara daga Ibin Unainata daga Sulaiman Ahwal daga Sa’id bin Jubairu; ya ce: Ibin Abbas ya ce: “Kaico ranar Alhamis kenan. Ka kuwa san ran Alhamis? ! Sai ya fashe da kuka yana ta yi sai da gemanyarsa ta jike. Sai ya ce: “Rashin lafiya ya tsananta ga Manzon Allah (s.a.w) a ran Alhamis din ya ce: “Ku kawo mun abin rubutu in rubuta muku wani littafi da in kun yi riko da shi ba zaku bace a bayana ba, har abada. Amma sai zuka yi jayayya, alhali bai kamata a yi jayayya a gaban wani annabi ba. Sai suka ce: “Ai Annabin Allan (s.a.w) sabmatu yake. Sai ya ce: Ku kyaleni halin da nake ciki yafi abinda ku ke dangantani da shi”[1]
  2. Kutaiba ya ba mu labari daga Sufyanu daga Sulaiman Ahwal daga Sa’id Bin Jubairu; ya ce: Ibin Abbas ya ce: “Kaico ranar Alhamis. Ka kuwa san ran Alhamis? ! Sannan ya ce: “Rashin lafiya ya tsananta ga Manzon Allah (s.a.w) a ran Alhamis din sai ya ce: “Ku kawo mun abin rubutu in rubuta muku wani littafi da in kun yi riko da shi ba zaku bace a bayana ba har abada. Amma sai zuka yi jayayya, alhali bai kamata a yi jayayya a gaban wani annabi ba. Suka ce: “Shin sambatu yake yi ne? Suna tambayarsa. Sai suka rika kai-kowo a kansa. Sai ya ce: “Ku kyaleni halin da nake ciki yafi abinda ku ke dangantani da shi”[2]
  3. Ibrahim bin Musa ya bamu labara, Hisham ya bamu labara daga Mu’ammar, kuma Abdullahi bin Muhammad ma ya bani labara Abdurazak ya bamu labara Mu’ammar ya bamu labara daga Zuhuri daga Ubaidullahi dan Abdullahi daga Ibin Abbas (RA) ya ce: “Yayin da Annabi (s.a.w) ya zo gargara, a cikin gidan akwai wasu muta ne, cikinsu akwai Umar dan Haddabi. Sai Annabi ya ce: “Ku kawo mun abin rubutu in rubuta muku wani littafi da in kun yi riko da shi ba zaku bace a bayansa ba har abada” Sai Umar ya ce: “Hakika ciwa ya tsananta ga Annabi (s.a.w) ai kuna da Alkura’ani; littafin Allah!! Sai mutanen da ke cikin gidan suka yi ta hayaniya, akwai masu cewa ku mika wa Annabi (s.a.w) ya ya rubuta muku littafin da ba zaku bace ba a bayansa ba, kana a cikinsu a kwai mai fadin abinda Umar ya fada!! A yayin da suka yawaita hargowa da sabani gaban Annabi (s.a.w) sai Manzon Allan (s.a.w) ya ce; “Ku tashi ku fice”. Ubaidullahi ya ce: “Ibin Abbas ya kan ce baban abin bakin ciki shi ne hana Manzon Allah (s.a.w) ya rubuta musu wannan takardar saboda sabaninsu da hayaniyarsu”[3]
Wannan shi ne tawaye da wasu musulmi su ka yi a gaban Manzon Allah (s.a.w), ba wai sun takaita da yi masa tawayen kin kawo tawada da alkalami ba kawai, saida suka masa tsaurin ido batare da la’akari da girman matsayinsa ba (s.a.w) har suka furta zantuttuka na cin zarafi. Da hakan ya tsananta ga Annabin Girma (s.a.w) ya uzzura masa, sai ya dauki mataki don dakatar da wannan cin zarafin da tsagerancin da wasu suka yi. Hakika ruwayoyi sun fayyace martani iri biyu da annabi (s.a.w) ya nuna:
  1.  Da ya ce: “Ku tashi ku fice” ai bai kamata a yi jayayya a gabana ba”[4]. Wannan ya nuna matukar bacin rai da ya samu Annabi (s.a.w) sanadiyar mummunan kalamansu da cin zarafi ga matsayinsa na Annabi Maigirma (s.a.w).
  2. Sai a sanda jayayya ta tsananta da husuma tsakanisu suka fadi abinda suka fada na kazaman kalmomi sai Annabi ya umurce su da su fice ya ce: “Ku kyaleni halin da nake ciki yafi abinda ku ke dangantani da shi”[5]

A nan ne fa (s.a.w) ya katse musu hanzari na wannan cin zarafin, inda ya kori yan tsageran daga gurin. Don karin bayani sai ka dubi:
